David Fair Joins Southern Sound

Father-son quartet members are becoming more and more common these days.  We’ve had Clayton and Scotty Inman, Tim and Daniel Riley, and now Rick and David Fair can be added to the list.  David has joined Southern Sound as baritone.  Here’s the press release from Ben Harris:

Southern Sound would like to make welcome David Fair from Sevierville, TN as our new baritone. David brings a great voice and wonderful talent from a man of only 23 years. He has sang previously with the Swanee River Boys and with the Voices Of Lee. We are currently finishing up our new recording on the Homeland label that will feature not only David, but all the members of Southern Sound Quartet.  David is the son of our bass singer, Rick Fair. I am sure Rick would tell you that getting to sing with his son in a group is an opportunity one does have presented to them very often. David replaces Adam Forsythe who has left to pursue other interests.We would like to thank Adam for his contributions to SSQ, both for his musical talents and for his dedicatio to the cause of Christ. Welcome David!!!
