Most songs that come along will run the gamut of responses. However, and this seems to especially be the case with songs that are “out of the box” so to speak, I have a feeling there are some songs that will ellicit strong reactions either positive or negative. Stated another way, there are songs that the vast majority of people either love or hate. I have a suspicion one such song is/was Gold City’s “Every Moment” from Preparing The Way. I’ve created a poll to see if I am right. I also have a suspicion that “When Jesus Saves” from Moment Of Truth will be the same type of song, but I will wait awhile before I start a poll for it to let enough people get a feel for it. In the meantime, vote in this one, and I’ll share the results next week.

I voted “Love it” but then again I like the slow jazz style so I can appreciate an arrangement like that. Also the smooth sky high ending is a nice touch.
I voted “not my cup of tea”. I remember we talked about this song when “Preparing The Way” was originally released. You really liked while I wasn’t that fond of it. It has grown on me slightly through the years, but it is still my least favorite song on the project.
I’ve never heard it. GC’s older material isn’t as easy to come by as for most other groups.

Daniel,
Have you tried Amazon.com. They have used copies from sellers, as low as 3 dollars. Anyway, this song isn’t my style, and one of my least favorite from this cd. I much prefer the others styles on the cd like: “When the lamb becomes the light”, “It’s still the cross” etc.
